The K industries group has, as part of the succession process, acquired the majority of the business shares of MAG machines GmbH as of March 27, 2025, retroactively effective from January 1, 2025.

MAG Machines is now, from this day forward, a valuable member of the K industries Group.
Mr. Andreas Kremshofer will continue to be a shareholder and remain active as Managing Director.
Mr. Gerald Pascher will continue his role as partner and consultant. As a second Managing Director,
Mr. Philipp Kreuzer will join the company from the K industries Group.

The current owners and managing directors aim to further expand both MAG and K industries Group with a strong technological focus through this step.
