For the first time in the history of enameled wire, it’s possible to coat round wire with a big diameter in a horizontal machine. With our machine series “Mozart H8,” you can produce enameled copper wire with a diameter of up to 2.5mm and enameled aluminum wire with a diameter of up to 3.5mm in a horizontal machine.

If you want to check out the Mozart Zero H8, you can do so until the end of October 2022 in our technical center in Deutschlandsberg, Austria. After that, it will be moved to our customer, who will start producing enameled wire with it once the Mozart Zero H8 is installed successfully. We enjoyed an interesting time with this marvelous machine, but it’s time for her to move on … and we have to say: we’ll miss her!
